We work on a small number of sites at a time — so that we can put our name behind every one of them.
Investment
Site selection, analysis and acquisition. We look for plots that are good to live on, not merely cheap to build on.
Construction
Design and execution under our own supervision at every stage — through to Act 16 and fully finished apartments.
Property management
Maintenance of the common areas and support after you move in. The complex is not abandoned once the last deal is signed.
